THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
Few makers of radios were better in the manufacturing than International Radio Corp. They were based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and were a renowned company. Here is a sold example of the 1936 product line. Note the expensive use of lacquer finishes over ornate fine veneers. Classic in style of the era, the port hole dial lights up a darkened room. The radio has had the complete electronic restoration, and is a very strong playing set. Moderate in size by yet the radio has a great presence. The dial is way cool, so take a look at my close up and see if you agree. Here is a very solid set to add to your collection! 16-1/2"H x 14"W x 10"D. |
