Seldom do you see one of these pre-war FADA radios for sale, and nearly never in such fine condition. This model is a great example of the first FADA Catalin set and the only one to have an outside grille. This is an all onyx green set, and is in the original condition. The set has had a gentle hand polish, but is original down the factory decal placed on the set 70+years ago. This set has had one tiny interior repair done to the fragile left railing of the grille. The repair is an internal repair, simply to stabilize the grille and addresses a common problem. The set has been electronically restored and plays decently for such a small chassis.
