Neutrowound Battery Radio (1926)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

You are looking at one of the most futuristically designed radios of the mid 1920s. The six tube set was built into a metal case, painted with black crinkle paint. The set is so unusual; it will soon be one of the most commented on sets in your collection. I bought this set from an estate, and was told it was a player. I can tell you that the paint is very good for this set, the four metal corners are present and the nickel plated tube caps, all are still acceptable with the original plating. So complete the radio retains the factory battery harness, and paper tag under the base. These were expensive and prized radios of the era, and it is a joy to own! 34"W x 7"H x 9"D.
