| If the Ingraham company ever did a case for Philco, this would be the one. The original finish case is unlike any other Philco came out with, with wonderful matching grain on the top and sides. An additional highlight is the wooden back with the musical clef cutout. Original dial face, plastic dial cover and knobs in excellent condition. Case has no chips nor missing veneer, just some normal wear marks and a slight separation where the right side veneer meets the top. It works but the sound is thin; still, the dials function as they should with smooth tuning. Just a beautiful radio. |
