THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
Part of a series by General TV, this is the leatherette version. These are tough to come by in top-notch condition owing to the faux covering. They scrape easily and the corners are especially vulnerable to fraying & peeling, so look this one over closely. The case has a few tiny dots, primarily on the right side (might be paint dots), but outside of that, is in excellent condition. Bottom shows very slight glue/paper residue from what might have been a diagram or something. Ivory plastic grille, knobs, bezel and handle all damage free, not even a hairline to be found. Knobs & pointer turn smoothly. Complete/crisp back with nice deco repair sticker noting a speaker replacement in 1950. Sound is OK, station selectivity could be better, has some hum but dial lite works. 9"W x 7"H (top of handle). |
