| Striking radio from Western Auto Supply, not found in any reference books. Art deco and machine age come together in a flawless shiny dark-marbled Bakelite case with thick wrap-around louvres, very cool styling, and a very nice sound. Local stations come in loud & clear (hand near antenna makes it even louder). Smooth tuning, volume knob has slight static when turning, pushbuttons are functioning as they should, dial pointer/face/plastic in excellent condition, case has no cracks, chips, or hairlines. Has original back, fully intact with only a few tears. Has original knobs, volume knob has piece of shaft missing, can't be seen and does not affect tuning. |
