| A flowing Ingraham cabinet with curving but linear groups of louvres makes this a real eyecatcher. Fairly rich & full sound, but with a persistent light hum. Dial light works, original knobs & dial pointer turn smoothly (the middle knob is a two-position tone control). The case had been refinished when I got it and it still shows the wonderful grain. Excellent condition, no cracks or lifting veneer, only has three bumps/scrapes, all on the front face: one at the upper right corner, one on the lower right leg, and a microscopic one on the lower left leg. Excellent solid-wood back; has the four original feet. The dial face is in good shape, plastic cover is crack-free, yellowing and has several scratches on it that show up at certain angles (see the close-up). Chassis is very clean. 15"W x 9"H. |
