From the mid fifties. Right up front I will tell you the M in the Meteor logo is missing and the FM band could use alignment, hence the sale price. Both items are easy to live with. It plays strong on all bands, AM, LW, SW and FM to 100 mhz. It has three speakers, a 10" woofer and a pair of 4x6 mid/tweeters. Tone controls are 3-D, speech, bass and treble. The cabinet finish is original and finished in a dark mahogany. It has a very nice shine. The cabinet has minimal wear with some nicks and light grazing, but looks great after 50 years.
