THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
Early three circuit tuner regenerative homebrew using DeForest coils. Here is a dandy gadget made out of very nice high quality parts and quite sophisticated. There is a variable gridleak resistance and a variable gridleak cap employed in the detector circuit. This radio is still working. I have used various detector tubes with it. It seems to like 200A the best. Sadly, the DeForest tube pictured is a dud. The #6 dry cells in the back still have 1.45 volts each. Asking |
