| These two units are matched pair of St. Louis sets, 100% original and working. Inside and out they are exceptionally clean. The cosmetics are about as perfect as you'll find. The wood varnish is still shiny with only the slightest "alligator" patina visible on lid of 281. On the inside the original rheostats have been rewired with copper. I operated the set using external rheo. Outside the knobs, typical of Kennedy were badly tarnished. They've been repainted the original onyx/white lettering and are very good if not perfect. Everything else is absolutely the best. These units are priced as a matching pair. |
