Western Air Patrol 487 (1940)
(wood tube table radio)

Western Air Patrol 487 (1940)

This beautiful giant is still sporting its original finish in amazing condition. The chassis is built like a tank, and has been cleaned and polished to shine like a new penny. The chassis has been electronically restored and plays loud and clear on all three bands. This radio has a giant 8" speaker that gives it that console sound. This radio also retains its original grille cloth in excellent condition. It has a "Tuning Eye" and is very sensitive, and receives great on shortwave as well as the BC band. This set is a rare find and will add class to any collection. 23"W x 12"H x 11-1/2"D.
