(wood tube table radio)

Zenith 5-S-319 (1939)

This little Zenith "Race Track" dial radio is a personal favorite of mine. This is one of Zenith's finer pieces of work. This one in particular has been electronically restored, replacing all capacitors and nearly all the resistors. A new line cord was added, and the radio has been aligned. The original speaker was sent to "The Speaker Shop," where it was reconed. This radio plays beautifully on both bands with great volume. The brass escutcheon has been polished and sealed so it will never tarnish on you again. The cabinet was refinished, as well as a new grille cloth installed. These radios don't stay around long, so don't miss this one! This radio will add class to any collection and will continue to appreciate in value. 9"H x 13-1/2"W x 8"D.
