Silvertone 1938 Tombstone (1936)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This beautiful Silvertone is out of my personal to keep collection, but I'm running out of space so here is your chance to own a super clean tombstone. This one still has its original grill cloth, Bakelite plug and cloth line cord, all labels inside of the cabinet and on the chassis, all in excellent condition. The chassis and speaker in this radio look brand new, and even though it did not seem to need it I electronically restored the chassis, and it plays loud and clear on all three bands. The cabinet was refinished using original shades of stain and toners to restore the radio back to its original appearance. The green airplane dial is beautiful when lit up. This is the best example of this radio you will ever find. 15"H x 12-3/4"W x 8-1/2"D.
