General Electric F51 (1937)
(Bakelite tube table radio)

General Electric F51 (1937)

A largish two band Deco Bakelite with a hefty AC transformer. All necessary repairs have been made, including a replacement field-coil speaker from the same era, which delivers a mellow, pleasing sound. Controls include a band and a tone switch, along with volume and tuning. The cabinet is free of cracks and chips, and the grille cloth and big G.E. knobs are all original. Long wire antenna is included, and reception is good up and down the band. Shipping weight 14 pounds.
