Here is a Zenith Royal 675 lunchbox portable radio from 1962 in very nice condition. By 1962, Zenith had stopped making leather portables, and this radio sports the "Permawear" exterior which just did not hold up well. It is unusual to find one in this nice condition now days. It is all original and obviously has resided in my collection for many years. This is a fully functional radio that measures 8-1/2" wide. It plays strong on four "C" batteries. Inside is a clean original chassis and a clean battery tube. This model features the high-output G chassis and is an impressive player. Click here for more information and to listen to it play.
