Offered for sale is this stylish six-transistor shirt pocket Crown from Asahi Radio Company in Japan. This classy radio was sold in jewelry stores and its beautiful reverse painted face also has a durable yet stunning metal grille. The fold-out prop assures that it stands tall and proud while on display. Click here for more information on this scarce collectible. The example offered here is in excellent cosmetic condition. The plastic cabinet is blemish-free as the original leather case (included) has done its job protecting this gem. This early shirt pocket design looks to have been converted to use a common 9 volt battery. When tested, this radio did not respond. Only 4"H.
