| Offered here is a Crestline Model 6T-220 six-transistor pocket radio from 1960. This radio is unique for its distinctive "radar" symbol on the reverse painted tuning window. The model 6T-220 was actually produced under seven nameplates: Hi-Delity, Windsor, Jupiter, Constant, Sabre, Selfix, and this Crestline. It was also produced in black, red, and white colors. Can you collect them all? Click here for more information. The radio listed here is in nice collector condition. The bright red cabinet is chip and crack free with a nice shine, thanks to the original leather case (included). The reverse plastic front does appear to have a minor crack bottom left. Inside, the all original chassis is clean and when a 9 volt battery was attached, it managed to pull a couple of my local stations with good volume. |
