THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
Here it is. This is the scarcest color Zenith that everyone is talking about. This unique coral/salmon/pink color was made only for a short time in 1957 and all Zenith collectors view this as the one to have. Although this example is not perfect, it does have a lot going for it. Note the rub spot above the word Zenith as the main detractor. The battery door is missing one of the two tabs, but the door does lay flat. The back shows some wear and scuffing too. Otherwise, it is chip and crack free, has nice metal and a stand that snaps into position to prop it up for play or display. Inside, the 7ZT40 chassis is clean and all original, and it is playing loud and clear. The serial number is 191,123. Overall, this is a nice and clean example of this scarce and popular radio for your collection. |
