This beautiful black and gold Royal 500D hand-held transistor radio from Zenith was their first "Long Distance" Royal 500. The eight-transistor chassis has plug-in transistors and is powered by four "AA" batteries. The radio offered here is in great overall condition with the cabinet showing the lightest of wear and the chassis is clean, and playing like you won't believe. The radio has gone through a complete recap and alignment and will pull all the stations you would hope to (and some you never knew existed). You will love DXing with this one. 6"H x 3-1/2"W x 1-3/4"D; weighs over 16 ounces.
