THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
This radio features a handsome gold grille on a brown cowhide leather cabinet. The Royal 750 is the first of the line of leather lunchbox sized portables Zenith would offer in the late 50's. These early leather portables are desirable if they are in nice and working condition, but most of them have damage from the elements over the past 55 years. This beautiful radio has a nice, clean, brown leather cover with good snaps, stitching, strong handle, and a great gold grille with light wear around the volume knob. Impressive sound and reception across the AM band will make this a daily player for you if you choose to use it that way. Takes six "C" batteries and will last for over a year on them, even when used daily. Weight 3 pounds 4 ounces; 9"W x 5-1/2"H x 3-1/2"D. |
