Channel Master 6512 (1960)
(plastic tube portable radio)

Channel Master 6512 (1960)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This is the shortwave version of the popular Super Fringe AM radios that Channel Master produced. It is in great condition cosmetically and even has a nice leather case with it. It operates on four AA batteries and pulls stations like crazy with strong volume and nice tone. Special with this radio is the often missing telescoping antenna that screws into the top and extends 36" into the sky. This allows it to pull several shortwave stations, in fact I lost count at 25 tonight. A special radio indeed!
