THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Here is the rarest of all Zenith transistor radios. It is the little talked about translucent case of which very few were made. In Norman Smith's research of Zenith transistors, he noted that "some early examples of these...handwired radios... feature a translucent maroon cabinet which allows one to see inside the set under certain lighting conditions." This set is all original and works perfectly with strong volume and clear tone. The cabinet is scratch free as it has been stored in its protective felt bag (included). I would rate the condition at excellent+. Your collection is not complete without a translucent set!
