THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

AM. This was Bendix's best table radio for 1948 and has an outer case made of beautiful SOLID contrasting grained cherry wood (no veneer here!). Dial glass, dial pointer and translucent inner dial face look great backlit by dual dial lights. Three original Bendix caramel swirl knobs in nice shape. The center knob is a tone control. Six tube, three gang tuning capacitor, premium chassis has been serviced (see below) and radio plays well with above average sensitivity and nice tone through a larger 4"x6" speaker. A rare and unique radio you can play every day! 13-1/4"W x 8-3/8"H x 7-1/2"D.
