THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!
Made by Firestone Tire and Rubber Company. Rare in this thick, solid-Plaskon case. Even more rare, there are none of the hairline cracks associated with this material. Missing its original cardboard back. Clean and complete, no damage. Plays strong & clear with no hum and is currently "casting news" with authority, just like back in 1948. Original knobs. Original back-painted dial glass shows some minor aging/deterioration, it's about 75%. 11"W x 7-1/2"H x 6"D.
