The 1937 Airline is a great example of how dials were changing in design with this unusual telephone dial. There is a repaired crack in the dial on the back side that can not be seen. Also note that there are two fine hairline cracks in the center of the dial which have spread in the last several years that I have owned it. Otherwise the set is in excellent condition. It retains the original knobs and grille cloth. The trim has been refinished and the balance is all original. It has been serviced and a very strong performer on both AM and shortwave. As nice as you will find. 23"W x 12"H x 10"D. $499.00. (0260807) |
