| The iconic AK breadboards were among the first radios to be collected and preserved. This model 10C saw some restoration at some point in the past. The board was refinished and well done. It is missing some trim grommets. The wires that pass through the board to the detector are missing the brass eyelets that mount in the board. The grommet that the power cord passes through is missing. The wire on the coils show some fraying. The Bakelite is very good with just a 1/4" hairline at one tube socket in the detector which is hard to see. The model tag is there but missing the warranty tag. Overall this is a nice clean example that displays beautifully. All the O1A tubes test good. It has not been electrically serviced and is sold untested. |
