THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Made in 1929, this was the last of the metal case radios by Atwater Kent. This seven tube model is one of the most collectible today. I've seen a lot of these over the years, but never one in this condition. A time capsule that shines like the day it was made inside and out. Even the base looks like the rest of the radio. There are only minor surface scratches. The grille cloth was replaced at some point and the speaker cord has lost some outer fabric covering. I still would give it a strong 9 out of 10. The radio has not been serviced, but when tested it played well. This is truly the best of the best. 20-1/2"W x 7"H x 10"D; the speaker is 16" high, 13" in diameter.
