Sentinel 195ULTA Catalin (1939)
(Catalin tube table radio)

Sentinel 195ULTA Catalin (1939)

One of only two pushbutton models ever made, restored last year. Case had 1?" split to left of rear pushbutton at seam. Between 6th and 7th bar of tortoise grille (front) 2?" was replaced with Catalin piece from same model radio. Radio then lightly polished. Repaired by one of the best Catalin repair persons anywhere & virtually undetectable. Chassis & electronics completely gone through by a professional; documentation included. Has a slight bow at top rear (common to the model), a small chip on on/off volume knob (only seen up close); a few scratches on cabinet on edge and top, could be sanded out but wouldn?t recommend as would virtually disappear as patina darkens. Dial lens and station ID indicator excellent; cabinet glows when radio is on. Tortoise pushbuttons excellent. 10?W x 7?H x 5?D.
