This is an exceptional restored Deluxe Royal 500 "Long Distance" AM transistor radio. The cabinet is in superb condition. These radios are very hard to find in this condition. Most of them have cracks in the outside of the case and are well used. This one picks up a lot of AM frequencies and plays superbly. It has eight transistors mounted in transistor sockets. I replace all electrolyte and wax capacitors. It been cleaned and aligned to play like new. The battery box clean. It requires four "AA" batteries which I supply. These are very easy to restore.
