THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This is a Zenith TransOceanic R-7000-2 radio that you can use in the garage, pool, or beach that plays great FM, It also plays AM and the weather band but no Shortwave. It has been restored with all new electrolyte capacitors and aligned for peak performance. I also clean the pots and bandswitch as well as lube it. It is a rare radio in that only 25,000 R7000-2's were made. The cabinet has all it parts and has seen some wear, but the battery box is like new and the antenna is straight and true. The "-2" is the last of the R-7000 series and is sought after because it has large gears for its tuner. They do not break. The bands also click into position. This is normally a $500 to $700 radio but due to no Shortwave I have put it at a good price.
