Called the Monitor, this solid state portable is one of the best Multiband receivers I have seen. It has AM-FM-Short-wave 1, Short-wave 2, Weather, Air and CB. It has an earphone jack for private listening, bass-treble-squelch controls, memory log settings above the scales. Good straight three foot antenna. For portable use it takes six "D" size batteries. You will have a lot of fun DXing with this very sensitive radio.
