The Radio Attic - 2024 Christmas Giveaway Official Rules

The Radio Attic will award a $200 coupon to the winner of this Giveaway to be used to purchase a radio at the Radio Attic!

a) An official entry will consist of an e-mail sent to me (steve@radioattic.com), with the entrant's name, mailing address, and phone number. I will NOT sell or give away this information to anyone. I will only use the e-mail address for the new radios notification e-mails. The entire list of giveaway entries will be DESTROYED after the winning coupon is awarded on December 25.

b) Entrants will be automatically added to the new radios subscription so they will receive notification when new radios go up for sale. Entrants may not opt out of this mailout until after December 25.

c) Those already on the mailing list for new radio notifications must also use this entry method; no one is automatically entered in the Giveaway. Winners of past Giveaways ARE ELIGIBLE to enter.

d) Entries must be sent BEFORE Santa arrives at the Radio Attic Central Ops (he's scheduled to be here 12:01 AM Central Time, December 25). If an entry arrives after the presents go under my tree, it will be disqualified.

d) The winning entry will be selected at random right after breakfast on Christmas day, and the winner will be notified immediately.

e) The winning coupon must be redeemed before the end of February 2025; any winning coupon not redeemed by March 1 will be voided.

f) No Radio Attic seller is required to sell to any particular buyer. If the winning buyer has any adverse history with a seller such that the seller will no longer do business with that buyer, the Radio Attic seller will not be required to accept the winning coupon.

g) The winning coupon may be redeemed in ONE purchase for any radio or radio-related item on the Radio Attic, for ONE item with a purchase price of $200 or more. When communicating with the seller about purchasing a radio, the winner must use the e-mail address listed in his/her entry!

h) The Radio Attic will credit the coupon value to the seller from whom the winning entrant purchases a radio.

i) No part of the winning coupon may be redeemed for cash at any time.

i) Winners may purchase a radio only from sellers who ship radios to the winner's home country.

j) Radio Attic sellers or family members may not enter the giveaway.

k) The Radio Attic reserves the right to CHANGE any of these rules before the end of the giveaway.

Radios for sale at the Radio Attic are offered by independent advertisers and not by the Webmaster.
Sellers are identified at the top of each page. You must directly contact the seller to purchase a radio.
