Crosley E90-BK (1953)
(plastic tube clock radio)

Crosley E90-BK (1953)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Like new Mid-century Black & Gold beauty by Crosley Corp. of Cincy. These little five-tube clock radios came in five different colors, but the Black one is the only one that was not factory painted & this one is all original & not a re-paint. Table AM/Clock Radio (appliance outlet, three clock knobs) + side radio knobs. The pics do not show the brilliant goldy color of grille which along with brassy clock surround against that shiny gloss black cabinet really makes it pop... much better in person. Fully rebuilt chassis, good clock, alarm, & appliance plug for setting the time to come on automatically & brew your coffee or whatever. Radio plays very well with good tone and lots of stations across the dial. No flaws incl. scratches, not even on bottom side as you can see, no repairs nor repro parts. No dents in Gold grille as you can see. Full factory schematic intact on factory back, + original knobs. Just a real beauty ready for play/display. This model is not often for sale; check it out. Small, so won’t take up much shelf space & should ship rather cheaply. I pack very well! 10-3/4"W x 6"H x 5-3/4"D.
