THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Introduced in the winter of 1939 in Philco's 1940 line up of their new radios, this little cutie was a really Big Hit. Wonderful sounding, small, easily moved from room to room with its ample handle, what was not to like! The cabinet has been refinished using the very finest toning and finishing lacquers, producing a gorgeous luster, paying respect to the original detailed finish. It even has its original back, which you don't see too often. The electronics have been completely restored (no shortcut repairs, internally fused for your safety and has a new polarized power cord), and it plays very nicely on the AM band and there isn't too much to listen to on the old Police Band. I've added an MP3 input should you wish to listen to your own music and you will enjoy the tonal response from this Philco. This one doesn't take up much room at all and will fit almost anywhere. 11"W x 6-3/4"H x 6-1/2"D.
