THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Here is a drop dead gorgeous FADA you've likely never seen before and I believe it is making its debut here on the Radio Attic for the first time. Luscious sounds emanate from the speaker, assisted by a tonal control and its six-tube chassis. The original top handle would have made this radio a "portable" set in the day, but not something you would likely carry about from room to room today. The back is original and I'm amazed that somehow it remained with the set for almost 80 years. The electronics have been completely restored and it plays wonderfully and sounds just amazing. I've even added an input jack so you can listen to an unlimited choice of media content from your own MP3 audio source! I don't know when Glenn Miller ever sounded so good. The cabinet has been lovingly refinished using the finest lacquers available, accenting the beautiful wood of the cabinet. If you are a FADA lover or a collector of quite hard to find radios, please don't let this one slip by you! 12"W x 12"H x 7-3/4"D.
