Emerson R-167 Ingraham (1937)
(wood tube table radio)

Emerson R-167 Ingraham (1937)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This is one very beautiful restored Ingraham cased Deco Emerson. It displays a semi violin type case design with multi colored walnut veneer. The round and extended "Miracle Tone Chamber" on the left side is very attractive with its multi colored walnut wood and is very distinctive for this model. The four horizontal black stripes just add to the striking appearance. It uses five tubes to power its 6" electrodynamic speaker and has a separate tone control. A transformer powered chassis gives plenty of undistorted volume with great tone, selectivity and sensitivity. Two bands: Broadcast and the old Police band. A new dial cover was installed into the solid brass bezel. Just one very attractive Deco Emerson. View my Restoration Process for more information. 15"W x 8-1/2"D x 9-1/2"H.
