Nobody made better radios than RCA. They had the patent of the most advanced technology and this model being their best model, contains all of them. This radio is a massively scaled ten-tube super-het, playing with a push pull output and a full range speaker. Note the advanced expander control along with the tonal controls. The radio cabinet has been refinished in a high luster Sherwin Williams lacquer and the crystal like finish adds an added dimension to the exotic veneers used. I had a bit of a challenge with my photos with the size of the radio, for which I apologize. If you are an advanced collector, and a person who enjoys "dxing" distant stations, this is your radio. My technician with sixty plus years experience did a complete restoration of the chassis. The bright and active green tuning eye is brand new and highly sensitive. He remarked it was as fine as any radio he had seen in his decades of experience. He added a mini-jack to all your connection to any modern device.
