This is a scarce and extraordinary radio. This radio is a monster sized table radio offering three bands, one vacant and plays on both broadcast(AM) and shortwave. The radio is a seven-tube super-het chassis known for the finest reception. The radio has a full range 8-inch Rola speaker and offers a dramatic sound quality. I turn your attention the dual "watch dial" dial, offering extremely accurate tuning ability. The radio through the massively oversized domed 7-inch glass dial allows for more discreet tuning and tone control. The radio has been refinished by a previous owner, and the work is nice. I sense the speaker cloth is period correct replacement. My technician gave this radio his finest professional attention.
