Crosley 515 Tombstone (1935)
(wood tube tombstone radio)

Crosley 515 Tombstone (1935)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Another neat little Crosley mini-tombstone that has been refinished and electronically restored for everyday play. The radio features its original field-coil speaker, original grille cloth, and a rust-free chassis! There's good sensitivity on both bands with a short wire antenna, though the short wave goes to 3.5 mhz and serves now only to bring in the x-band stations beyond the 1550 tuning range of the BC band. The four knobs are volume, tuning, band switch and tone switch.
