| Offered here is the Toshiba 10L-428F ten-transistor AM/FM portable radio. This is an early FM model with CD markings and Toshiba's first transistor with FM. It is durable and well made with a strong metal handle. It operates on four "D" sized batteries. This set is all original and the plastic cabinet is in nice undamaged collector condition. This radio is very sensitive picking up all my AM and FM stations. The telescoping antenna is straight and strong. There is slight wave to the metal grille. Inside this radio is clean and all original with no repairs performed or needed. It has a nice plastic cartridge which securely holds the four "D" batteries. 8-1/2"W x 6"H x 2-1/2"D. |
