![]() THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
| This radio features a factory installed RCA jack in the back for another listening option beyond the standard AM broadcasts in lieu of my usual 3.5mm aux cord. The Crosley "dashboard" series are among the best styled radios of the 1950's, inspired by the ornate and chrome bedazzled cars of the decade. This one is a nice example of a popular model in the series. The cabinet has been repainted in a rich maroon enamel, replacing the badly scratched original color. Knobs are reproduction. It has been recapped, tubes tested strong, tube sockets cleaned, controls cleaned & lubricated, so it plays loud and clear across the dial with its built-in loop antenna, receiving all my local stations. 12-3/4"W x 7"H x 7"D. |
