Detrola 148 (1938)

NEW!1938 Detrola model 148 AC set. AM and three SW Bands. Seven tubes. Last one sold on the Attic was in 2013! Chassis has been fully reviewed with all capacitors replaced and all other components such as tubes and resistors tested and replaced where bad or weak. New crystal clear dial cover. New speaker cloth. Original speaker, resistor cord has been replaced with a new power cord and the resistor mounted safely on the chassis. Dial lights brightly with two dial bulbs. Cabinet retains its original finish. I cleaned it a bit with Restore-A-Finish and it looks very nice. Original knobs. Shipping depends on your location (I am in Virginia) and I use FedEx ground fully insured (I get a discount with FedEx as well). 16"H x 12"W x 6-1/2"D. Will be mailed in an oversized box and expertly packed. I accept mailed checks or Zelle. Please contact me with any questions.  $399.00. (1650675)
