| This 1936 model is often referred to as the Philco "big bullet" due to its cabinet style. The five-tube three-band chassis has been restored by replacing all wax/paper and electrolytic capacitors, replacing any out of tolerance tubes and resistors and peaking the alignment. The cabinet was refinished using period correct toners and a semi-gloss lacquer finish. Nice sensitivity on all bands but does need a long wire antenna for reception. 21"W x 11"H x 9"D. |
