This Philco "All American Five" (Loctal version) by Philco from 1947 has a unique pressed fiber cabinet that resembles textured leather. Overall, it's in beautiful cosmetic condition. Grille, knobs, and back are original, and the dial cover is a crystal clear replacement. The "Philco" cutout on the back is a fun and unique quirk. This radio has had a complete electrical restoration and works like brand new. Restoration included replacement of all electrolytic and paper capacitors, new resistors where needed, a strong set of tubes, a careful alignment, a new polarized power cord, and rewiring of the switch circuitry for improved safety. Use this radio as designed for over-the-air AM reception, or order with my "Better Bluetooth" option to listen to your own program material. Light dial.
