You are looking at an uncommon model from the Rhythm series. This model is a five-tube model which plays on both AM and shortwave. One of the unique features is the speaker in mounted in the top of the radio which creates a 360 degree dispersion of the sound. Note the brightly lit and multicolored dial. I had a challenge with the first photo as the dial is oversized and you might discern some reflection in the picture. The cabinet looks to be a terrifically done refinish by a previous owner, with replacement speaker cloth and the uniquely original crafted wood knobs. The radio has been completely restored by my professional tech and the radio sings. One feature added to this radio is a two step tone control allowing a measure to tailoring the sound quality to your personal tastes. This radio is a great player and a fancy cabinet sure to delight.
