Silvertone 3351 (1940)
|
This radio was named "The Commentator" by Sears & Roebuck who sold them in their department stores, but collectors call them "Candy Cane" because of the shape of the dial. This set has been electronically restored, all of the old types of capacitors have been removed and replaced with new modern and longer lasting types so this radio will be working for many, many more years. The Bakelite cabinet is in very nice condition too. 10-1/2"W x 5"H x 5-1/2"D; weighs 8 pounds. $197.50.
