Philco T-500-124 (1957)
Vintage Philco T-500-124 five-transistor radio. S/N 85457. This radio is from a collection. I have tested it, and it does receive AM radio stations across the entire band. The audio is clear. The radio may need a recap, and cleaning. It does require four "AA" batteries (not included). Zenith A600 Trans-Oceanic (1958)
Vintage collectable Zenith Trans-Oceanic A600 receiver with chassis No. 6A40. This is from a long time collector. This is a six-tube superhet receiver. I was able to receive on all bands. Controls all work fine except the tuning control needs to be restrung. I tuned the dial by hand for testing. The audio is clear and strong. Radio works on AC. There is an optional battery pack (not included). The radio does have the wavemagnet antenna, and telescoping antenna (no kinks). There is paperwork and schematic with the radio. Zenith Y600 Trans-Oceanic (1956/57)
Vintage Zenith Trans-Oceanic Y600 tube radio with chassis 6T40Z. This is from a collection. The radio is in fair condition. I plugged it into 120VAC, and did not hear anything. The dial does not move, needs restringing. I did not pull the tubes to check them. This is a project radio. There are no tears in the vinyl. The radio is complete, no missing parts that I am aware of. This is a great collector's radio, and has a lot of history behind it. The radio covers the AM broadcast band, and SW up to 16 MHZ.
