Terms and Conditions of Sale

- Radios are sold "As Is."  Once the buyer agrees to purchase a radio, the buyer accepts all responsibility and liability for the radio and the safe use and operation of the radio.

- That being said I want a happy customer.  If you are not satisfied with the radio you may return it within seven days.  The buyer must pay for shipping, insurance, and provide tracking of the return.  If I receive the radio in the same condition as shipped to the buyer I will refund the purchase price of the radio.

- Due to the age and design of antique radios I can not warranty all of the parts (60 plus year old components).  But if the radio stops working and the owner ships the radio back to me I will diagnosis it for free and provide an estimate to fix the radio while trying to keep the cost as low as possible.

- Once you agree to buy a radio and provide a shipping address, I will get an estimate from a local packing and shipping company to deliver your radio.  I will make nothing on shipping.  Buyer pays for packing, shipping, and insurance costs.

- I will accept PayPal, personnel checks, money orders, or bank cashier checks.  But I will not ship a radio until checks have cleared with my bank and I have the money.

- My radios are not perfect.  I try to keep them as original as possible.  But I try to provide a fair priced restoration that you will be happy to display and hopefully still receive and play radio stations for many years to come.  I love to bring radios back to life, keep them for a while and then send them on to someone else who will enjoy them.  Then go on the search for the next radio.

- Please be aware that this 60 plus year old electronics that are not new.  They do not conform to modern safety standards.  They may require service in the future to provide safe and proper function and operation.  Radios should only be plugged in while in use and an adult is in the room with the radio.
