Magnavox AM023 (1958)

NEW!This is one of Magnavox's earliest transistor radios, produced in Japan in 1958. It has the reverse painted dial, and is made of an extra thick and shiny cream color plastic. It does work well with the standard 9 volt battery. It does have a tight hairline crack at the top left, which is not very visible from the front. There are no other cracks or chips. It comes with a leather carrying case in excellent condition, which also holds an external telescoping antenna, which can be screwed into a jack on top of the radio. 4-1/2"H x 2-1/2"W x 1-1/4"D.  $100.00.
