The majority of the radio business in the early days centered on Chicago and New York. Crosley set up shop in Cincinnati and got to work producing a lot of very nice radios. One such is this nifty TK52. The cabinet is a nice design. Four preset buttons and pretty good sound from the perfect 5-inch speaker. Broadcast and Short Wave up to 15 MHZ. The original finish on this radio is pretty nice, with a few shallow scratches in the top that touched up pretty well. There was no back cover and I couldn't find a picture, so I just made up a generic back for it. The five-tube AC/DC chassis is a fairly good performer on both bands on the internal antenna, with a wire for more distant stations. Only one has sold on the Attic at $250. All in all a nice little radio that won't break the bank. If you are a Crosley person, I'm betting you don't have one of these. 13"W x 7"H x 8"D. $239.00. (1680196)
